The Wellness Week Nervous System Reset

A 40-minute treatment designed to calm the nervous system and introduce the body to a state of rest and repair.

I don’t discount my acupuncture, but in honor of Greenwich Wellness Week and the wish to make the power of healing more accessible and un-intimdating, I welcome you to experience the gentle art of acupuncture through this Nervous System Reset.

Using a carefully selected, minimal and gentle protocol, this treatment is designed to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to shift out of a constant state of activation and into one of rest, repair, and regulation.

This is not a treatment focused on fixing or diagnosing.
It is an opportunity to pause, to soften, and to experience what it feels like when the body is supported in returning to balance.
