Alessandra Okay,

L.Ac and Certified Personal Trainer

Acupuncture, Breathwork, Meditation

Alessandra Okay is a dedicated student, practitioner, and teacher in the fields of holistic health and wellness.

Alessandra earned her B.A. from Duke University and her M.S. in Acupuncture, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Bridgeport. She fulfilled her personal training certification through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).

For over 3 decades Alessandra has been immersing herself in the study and practice of diverse forms of meditation, breathwork, bodywork, fitness, and holistic health and medicine. She firmly believes that the mind plays a significant role in influencing the body’s innate ability to achieve optimal health. In the same way, the body can be used as the vehicle through which to balance the mind and transform our emotional and mental states.

Alessandra’s experience is her strength in how she approaches each client. Her tools have all been tried and tested personally and through her personal successes and failures she has discovered what works, and what doesn’t work. She approaches each person’s goal, complaint, or diagnosis by tapping into the mind—body continuum, with the promise that hope and change is available to anyone and everyone.
