About the Find Your Well™ Treatment Protocols

Find Your Well™ Treatment Protocols are guided audio treatments designed to engage the brain's innate ability to influence the body. Drawing from neuroscience and the principles of traditional East Asian medicine, each protocol directs awareness through specific pathways associated with regulation, restoration, and resilience.

Rather than asking you to do something, these treatments invite your nervous system to remember what balance already feels like.

Before You Begin

Your brain and nervous system respond best when they can devote their attention to a single experience.

Choose a quiet location where you won't be interrupted. Do not attempt to listen while driving.

Most treatments are under 15 minutes, some are shorter. Most treatments are best when lying down comfortably. Some are better seated, even standing.

Wear headphones if available. This is a treatment you are receiving, there is no effort you need to make.

Protocol 001:
Chong Mai, The Sea of Blood

12 minutes, deep relaxation.
It is recommended to lie down comfortably.

ChongMai

Clinically, the Chong Mai treatment protocol is chosen when the nervous system feels overwhelmed—when stress settles into the neck, shoulders, chest, or throat, and the body remains caught in a state of constant pressure.

Traditionally, Chong Mai is also a foundational treatment in many fertility protocols because of its relationship to circulation, the pelvis, and the body's deepest reserves.

Whether you are navigating chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, physical tension, or preparing your body for conception, this protocol offers a gentle opportunity to slow down and reconnect with your body's innate capacity for regulation.

Protocol 002:
Hua Tuo Jiaji, The Spine Treatment

11 minutes, relaxation and muscle tension release.
It is recommended to lie down comfortably with a pillow under the knees to reduce pressure on the low back.

CranioSacral

Clinically, the Hua Tuo Jiaji treatment protocol is inspired by the acupuncture points that run alongside the spinal column and are commonly used to address tension and imbalance through both a musculoskeletal and nervous system approach.

This treatment guides awareness from the head and neck through the hips and pelvis, eventually settling into the spine and the muscles that surround it. As physical holding begins to soften, the sacrum, spine, and base of the skull become points of support for the nervous system to settle.

Whether you are experiencing muscle tension, physical holding, mental fatigue, or simply having difficulty fully letting go, this protocol offers an opportunity for the body and mind to power down together into a more restful and expansive state.

Protocol 003:
Gé GuAn, Diaphragm Passage

20 minutes, relaxation, nervous system and muscle tension release.
It is recommended to lie down comfortably with a pillow under the knees to reduce pressure on the low back.

Gé Guan

Clinically, the Gé Guān treatment protocol is inspired by an acupuncture point whose name refers to the diaphragm as a passage between the upper and lower body.

This treatment guides awareness through the neck, shoulders, rib cage, diaphragm, and deep core—areas where the body often holds and braces in response to physical and emotional stress. As these layers begin to soften, the breath can move more freely and tension held through the chest, back, and hips can begin to let go.

Choose this treatment when your body feels tight or braced, your breath feels restricted, or you are having difficulty fully relaxing. Gé Guān offers an opportunity to release physical holding, settle the nervous system, and drop into a deeper sense of spaciousness and rest.
